By joining the Kithling waitlist or using the Kithling app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kithling.

Use of the service

Kithling is a personal relationship management tool. You may only use it for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use Kithling to store data about people without their knowledge in ways that violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software in Kithling are owned by or licensed to Kithling. You retain ownership of the data you enter about your contacts.

Limitation of liability

Kithling is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Kithling after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
